No. My clients pay me directly and then submit receipts to their insurance company.

I am a Registered Psychologist with The College of Alberta Psychologists and provide my registration number on each receipt. Most health plans have extended coverage for psychology and counselling services.

Unfortunately, I don't offer sliding scale fees at this time.

I'm typically able to see new clients within 7-10 days, sometimes sooner.

Yes, of course! Therapy and coaching is best experienced in an atmosphere of trust. Thus, all therapy and coaching services are strictly confidential and may not be revealed to anyone without your written permission, except where disclosure is required by law. Legal exceptions to confidentiality are in place to protect your safety and the safety of others. This includes when there is reasonable suspicion of child or elder abuse/neglect and where a client presents a danger to self or to others or if its subpoenaed by court.

When you schedule a session, that time is reserved solely for you. For this reason, I require 24 hours notice of cancellation or you will be charged the full fee for the session.

In the event that I see you in public, I am discreet and will maintain your confidentiality. I typically follow your lead, so it is your choice to acknowledge the encounter or not
